The Fudge and Nut Cake is round in shape. The bottom half of the cake consists of two layers of ‘syrup soaked’ chocolate cake and butter cake, which is sandwiched together with chocolate cream and cashews.

The top half of the cake is a layer of ‘sugar syrup soaked’ chocolate cake, covered with cream, completed with a garnishing of chocolate cream and ganache border.
