he Nut Crispy is a rectangular cake. The bottom half of the cake comprises of a biscuit layer which is covered with a layer of chocolate, fruit, nuts and cake ground together. The layers of cake are sandwiched with butter icing.

The top half of the cake is a ‘sugar syrup soaked’ layer of vanilla sponge cake, finished off with gateaux garnish cream, ganache and butter cream.
