Refund and Returns Policy



At Sterling Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing fresh and beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund policy is here to help.


Eligibility for returns & refunds


  1. Quality Issues: If the flowers you receive are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require a photo of the bouquet to assess the condition.

  1. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong bouquet or the arrangement does not match your order specifications, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

  1. Late Delivery: If your order is delivered significantly later than the agreed delivery time and it affects the quality or purpose of the bouquet, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Non eligible situations

  • Minor Variations: Flowers are natural products and slight variations in color and appearance are to be expected.
  • Delayed Notification: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bouquets if you simply change your mind.

Refund process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of receiving your bouquet. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

  1. Assessment: Our team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a refund or replacement. We may ask for additional information or photos to process your request.

  1. Resolution: If approved, we will offer you the choice of a replacement bouquet or a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.




We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order for valid reason, we will issue a refund or send a replacement bouquet.




Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours from the time of placing the order.
